Jim Lanning takes a look at what the Bible says about indebtedness.

“There are some scriptures in the Bible about debt, but not a lot. It usually goes to the relationships we have with our neighbors and with other people around about us,” Jim said.

In Romans 13:7-8, Paul speaks, “render to all their dues”.

Jesus taught parables: Luke 16:1 and Matthew 18:21, about the unforgiving servant.
